London Cocktail

🥘 Ingredients

• London dry gin 2 fl oz
• simple syrup 2 ½ ml
• cold water ¼ fl oz
• absinthe 3 dashes
• orange bitters 3 dashes
• ice
• orange peel

   Add London dry gin , simple syrup , cold water , absinthe , and orange bitters to a mixing glass with ice .

   Stir well and strain into a Nick & Nora glass .

   Garnish with an orange peel .
