  • bourbon 1 fl oz
  • lemon juice 1 fl oz
  • egg white ½ fl oz
  • simple syrup ¼ fl oz
  • ice

🍳 Cookware

  • shaker
  • coupe glass

    Add amaretto , bourbon , lemon juice , egg white , and simple syrup to a shaker .

    Dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds .

    Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds .

    Double strain into a coupe glass .
