Absinthe, Chartreuse, and triple sec cocktail. Inspired by Woods bar in Cologne. Woods didn’t have apricot liqueur for a Yellow Parrot - So we ended up with this tasty result.

  • absinthe 1 fl oz
  • yellow chartreuse 1 fl oz
  • triple sec 1 fl oz
  • ice
  • ice rock

🍳 Cookware

  • mixing glass
  • rocks glass

    Add absinthe , yellow chartreuse , and triple sec to a mixing glass with ice .

    Stir well ( 30 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with large a ice rock .
