🥘 Ingredients

  • rye whiskey 2 fl oz
  • amaro 1 fl oz
  • Amontillado Sherry ½ fl oz
  • ice
  • maraschino cherry
  • orange peel

🍳 Cookware

  • mixing glass
  • cocktail glass

    Add rye whiskey , amaro , and Amontillado Sherry to a mixing glass with ice .

    Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass .

    Garnish with a maraschino cherry (drop in). Express orange peel oils on top and discard the peel.
