Quatre quarts à l'orange
🥘 Ingredients
- flour 250 g
- sugar 250 g
- butter 250 g
- eggs 4
- oranges 3
- baking powder 1 tea spoon
- water 100ml
- sugar 50 g

1Mix the flour , the sugar , the melted butter , the eggs , the zest of the oranges , half of their juice and the baking powder .

2Bake for 25 minutes à 180°C.

3Soak the cooled cake with a syrup made with the remaining orange juice, water and sugar .
