Quatre quarts à l'orange

🥘 Ingredients

  • flour 250 g
  • sugar 250 g
  • butter 250 g
  • eggs 4
  • oranges 3
  • baking powder 1 tea spoon
  • water 100ml
  • sugar 50 g

    Mix the flour , the sugar , the melted butter , the eggs , the zest of the oranges , half of their juice and the baking powder .

    Bake for 25 minutes à 180°C.

    Soak the cooled cake with a syrup made with the remaining orange juice, water and sugar .
