Pâte a choux
🥘 Ingredients
- water 500 ml
- salt 1 CàC
- sugar 1 CàS
- butter 100 g
- flour 150 g
- eggs 4

1In saucepan, boil the water with the salt , the sugar and the butter .

2Add the flour in one go and stir until the dough stops sticking to the side of the pan.

3Take it off the heat.

4Keep stirring the dough for a minutes and then add the eggs one by one.

5Set the dough on cooking tray by making small of balls (approximately the size of an egg).

6brush some eggs yolks on each 'choux'

7Put in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes (thermostat: 180°C).

8Once cooked, let the choux cool down in the oven, so they do not collapse.
