Mango chutney
π₯ Ingredients
- mangos 2
- garlic 2 cloves
- raisins 80 gr
- onions 80 gr
- cider vinegar 60 ml
- white wine vinegar 60 ml
- water 60 ml
- sugar 250 gr
- chili pepper 1
- salt 1 tea spoon
- tumeric 1 tea spoon
- black pepper 1 table spoon
- ginger 10 gr

1Peel mangos and cut them in large cubes (should be about 600-650 gr).

2Mix the mangos, the garlic , the raisins and the onions with the cider vinegar , the white wine vinegar , the water , the sugar .

3Add the chili pepper , the salt , the tumeric , the ground black pepper , the ginger .

4Cook on low heat for 40 minutes .
