Mango chutney

  • mangos 2
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • raisins 80 gr
  • onions 80 gr
  • cider vinegar 60 ml
  • white wine vinegar 60 ml
  • water 60 ml
  • sugar 250 gr
  • chili pepper 1
  • salt 1 tea spoon
  • tumeric 1 tea spoon
  • black pepper 1 table spoon
  • ginger 10 gr

    Peel mangos and cut them in large cubes (should be about 600-650 gr).

    Mix the mangos, the garlic , the raisins and the onions with the cider vinegar , the white wine vinegar , the water , the sugar .

    Add the chili pepper , the salt , the tumeric , the ground black pepper , the ginger .
  4. 4
    Cook on low heat for 40 minutes .
