Tarte au rhum

- puff pastry 1
- butter
- brown sugar 80 gr
- rhum 150@ml

1Put a puff pastry in a pie dish and prick it with a fork to prevent it from puffing up during baking.

2Spray some butter .

3Sprinkle with brown sugar

4Pour the rhum over the sugar.

5Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180Β°C and serve warm.
