Crumble pomme / gingembre / noisette
π₯ Ingredients
- apples 1 Kg
- ginger 50 gr
- flour 125 gr
- sugar 125 gr
- butter 100 gr
- hazelnut powder 125 gr

Adjust the amount of ginger to your taste.

1Pre-heat the oven to 180Β°C.

2Peel and cut the apples into quarters.

3Make the applesauce in the microwave for 15 minutes until it becomes a compote.

4Add the grated ginger (easier if it's frozen) to the apple compote.

5Prepare the crumble by mixing the flour , sugar , butter melted and hazelnut powder . Be careful not to overmix to keep a sandy texture.

6Put the apple compote in a cake pan and cover with the crumble.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 180Β°C until the crumble is well browned.
