Pancakes

🥘 Ingredients

  • egg 2
  • lait 150 ml
  • sugar 2 table spoons
  • flour 120 gr
  • salt
  • baking powder 1 CàC
  • egg 2

    Mix the egg yolks with the lait , the sugar , the flour , a pinch of salt and the baking powder .

    Beat the egg whites in a meringue. Incorporate them into the mixture.
  3. 3
    Let it rest 30 minutes (or all night if you want to eat them the next day).
  4. 4
    Cook the pancakes in a pan as usual.
