- lait 150 ml
- sugar 2 table spoons
- flour 120 gr
- salt
- baking powder 1 CàC

1Mix the egg yolks with the lait , the sugar , the flour , a pinch of salt and the baking powder .

2Beat the egg whites in a meringue. Incorporate them into the mixture.

3Let it rest 30 minutes (or all night if you want to eat them the next day).

4Cook the pancakes in a pan as usual.
