Gateau Γ la pistache

- egg whites 6
- yogurt 2 pots
- sugar 300 gr
- flour 150 gr
- cornstarch 2 table spoon
- pistachios 300 gr
- orange blossom water 45 ml
- butter 200 gr
- egg yolks 6
- baking powder 3 tea spoon

1Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

2Mix the yogurt , the sugar , the flour , the cornstarch , the ground pistachios , the orange blossom water , the melted butter , the egg yolks , and the baking powder .

3Add the egg whites to the mix.

4Bake at 150-160Β°C for 30-40 minutes .

5Once the cake is baked and cooled, glaze it with a [lime glaze](./glacage).
