  • egg whites 6
  • yogurt 2 pots
  • sugar 300 gr
  • flour 150 gr
  • cornstarch 2 table spoon
  • pistachios 300 gr
  • orange blossom water 45 ml
  • butter 200 gr
  • egg yolks 6
  • baking powder 3 tea spoon

    Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

    Mix the yogurt , the sugar , the flour , the cornstarch , the ground pistachios , the orange blossom water , the melted butter , the egg yolks , and the baking powder .

    Add the egg whites to the mix.

    Bake at 150-160Β°C for 30-40 minutes .

    Once the cake is baked and cooled, glaze it with a [lime glaze](./glacage).
