Tarte aux noix
🥘 Ingredients
- wallnuts 250 gr
- sugar 250 gr
- butter 100 gr
- crème fraîche 1 CàS
- vanilla sugar 1 sachet
- egg yolks 4
- egg whites 4
- icing sugar 150 gr
- coffee 3@CàS
Dough

1Prepare a [pâte brisée](../fr/pate-brisee.html) or [sablée](../fr/pate-sablee.html) and pre-bake it. It is possible to add an "abricotage" (spreading apricot jam or equivalent) on the dough before adding the nut based mix.
Filling

1Blend the wallnuts .

2Mix the sugar , the butter melted, the crème fraîche , the vanilla sugar and the egg yolks .

3When the mixture is homogeneous, add the egg whites beaten into very firm peaks.

4Put in the oven at 160°C for 40 minutes .

5When the pie has cooled, mix the icing sugar and the coffee and spread over the pie.
