Oignons caramélisés

🥘 Ingredients

  • onions 1 Kg
  • sugar 275 g
  • olive oil 125 ml
  • balsamic vinegar 50 ml
  • red wine vinegar 60 ml

    Mix in a large pot the chopped onions , the sugar , the olive oil , the balsamic vinegar the red wine vinegar .

    Cook on low heat for... a long time. A very long time (> 2 hours ).
  3. 3
    Taste regularly to adjust the seasoning to your liking.
