Oignons caramélisés
🥘 Ingredients
- onions 1 Kg
- sugar 275 g
- olive oil 125 ml
- balsamic vinegar 50 ml
- red wine vinegar 60 ml

1Mix in a large pot the chopped onions , the sugar , the olive oil , the balsamic vinegar the red wine vinegar .

2Cook on low heat for... a long time. A very long time (> 2 hours ).

3Taste regularly to adjust the seasoning to your liking.
