🥘 Ingredients
- eggs 6
- sugar 150
- baking powder 1 CàC
- almond flour 250 gr
- orange marmalade 370 gr
- lemon 1
- sugar cubes 6
- sliced almonds 10 g

1Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar , the baking powder and the almond flour .

3Add the orange marmalade and mix well.

4Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 170°C for 25-35 minutes .

5Meanwhile, zest and juice a lemon .

6Crush the sugar cubes roughly (using a rolling pin).

7When the cake is done, remove it from the oven, let it cool slightly.

8Mix well the sugar pieces with the juice and the zests. Spread this mixture over the cake and let it cool completely.

9You can add some sliced almonds on top for decoration.
