  • momofuku refined noodles 8 oz
  • white miso paste 2 tbsp
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • honey 1 tsp
  • rice vinegar 1 tsp
  • sesame oil 1 tsp
  • garlic 1 clove
  • ginger 1 tsp
  • sriracha 1 tsp
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • scallions 2 stalks

    Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook momofuku refined noodles until al dente, 4 minutes .

    In a bowl, whisk together white miso paste , soy sauce , honey , rice vinegar , sesame oil , garlic , ginger , and sriracha until smooth.

    Drain the noodles and add them to the bowl with the sauce, tossing until well coated, 1 minutes .
