- momofuku refined noodles 8 oz
- white miso paste 2 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp
- rice vinegar 1 tsp
- sesame oil 1 tsp
- garlic 1 clove
- ginger 1 tsp
- sriracha 1 tsp
- sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- scallions 2 stalks

1Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook momofuku refined noodles until al dente, 4 minutes .

2In a bowl, whisk together white miso paste , soy sauce , honey , rice vinegar , sesame oil , garlic , ginger , and sriracha until smooth.

3Drain the noodles and add them to the bowl with the sauce, tossing until well coated, 1 minutes .

4Finish with sesame seeds and scallions , then serve immediately.
