🥘 Ingredients
- miso 25 g
- honey 200 g
- water 150 g
- miso honey syrup 1 ½ oz
- lime juice ½ oz
- pineapple juice ¾ oz
- aged rum 4 oz

- stemmed glass

1TO MAKE THE MISO HONEY SYRUP: Combine miso , honey , and water in a small sauce pot. Stir gently and heat over medium-low heat until warmed through—do not boil. You just want enough warmth to allow the honey and miso to blend and dissolve together. Once cooled, store in the refrigerator.

2TO MAKE THE DAIQUIRI: Add miso honey syrup , lime juice , pineapple juice , and aged rum to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Double strain into a stemmed glass and garnish with a fresh pineapple leaf.
