1Hollow out a large wheel of brie leaving a rim so it can hold the pasta; save the brie for filling.

2In a pot , bring water to a boil and cook gnocchi until they start to float.

3In a skillet on medium heat, melt butter and add garlic ; stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes .

4Add heavy cream and stir. Then add onion powder , smoked paprika , pepper , and salt .

5Add cream cheese , brie removed from the wheel, and white cheddar . Mix and allow to bubble.

6Add gnocchi and stir.

7Add gnocchi to your brie and wrap with puff pastry . Coat with egg wash consisting of egg and water , and bake at 400°F until golden brown, 15 minutes .
