- rolled oats Β½ cup
- chia seeds 2 tbsp

1In a blender, add plant based milk , frozen raspberries , and maple syrup and blend until smooth.

2Split the raspberry milk evenly into two containers . To each, add rolled oats and chia seeds and stir to combine.

3Pour the raspberry milk evenly into the two containers and stir to combine.

4Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours|12%hours .
