Cheesy pesto and egg air fryer breakfast bagel

π₯ Ingredients
- pesto 2 tbsp
- bagel 1 bagel
- eggs 2 large
- mozzarella 30 g, grated
- black pepper 1 tsp
- salt 1 tsp
- chilli flakes 1 pinch
- basil 2 leaves

- air fryer

1Line the base of the air fryer drawer with parchment paper and spread pesto evenly over the parchment.

2Place the bagel halves, sliced-side-down, on top of the pesto. Carefully crack eggs into the holes of each bagel half. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella , black pepper , salt , and chilli flakes .

3Air fry for 6 minutes at 180ΒΊC until the cheese is melted and the bagels are golden brown.

4Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
