  • licor 43 1 ½ oz
  • mezcal ¾ oz
  • espresso 2 oz
  • pineapple gum syrup ½ oz

🍳 Cookware

  • cocktail shaker
  • old fashioned glass

    In a cocktail shaker , combine licor 43 , mezcal , espresso , and pineapple gum syrup . Shake well until thoroughly chilled. If you don't have pineapple gum syrup, you can substitute with pineapple juice.

    Strain into a old fashioned glass and enjoy immediately.
