Chocolat-passion truffles
🥘 Ingredients
- dark chocolate 230 gr
- butter 30 gr
- crème fraiche liquide 60 ml
- sour cream 60 ml
- passion fruits 4
- cocoa powder

1Melt the dark chocolate with the butter .

2Stir until smooth.

3Ajouter la crème fraiche liquide . Add the sour cream .

4Above a saucepan, pour the pulp of the passion fruits into a strainer and crush it with the back of a tablespoon until all the pulp is in the saucepan. Discard the seeds.

5Add the pulp and juice of the fruits to the rest of the mixture.

6Let it cool and place in the refrigerator.

7With the help of a small spoon, form truffles. Roll them in cocoa powder .

8Keep in the refrigerator.
