🥘 Ingredients
- garlic 1 head
- onion 1
- huile d'olive 20 ml
- curry power 2 CàS
- cumin powder 2 CàS
- rosemary 1 CàC
- cumin seeds 1 CàS
- coriandre seeds 1 CàS
- salt 1 CàC
- pepper 1 CàC
- red lentils 450 gr
- canned tomatoes 2 cans of 400 gr
- coconut milk 400 ml
- coriandre

1Chop the garlic and onion and start cooking them in huile d'olive .

2Add the curry power and the cumin powder , herbs (for example rosemary ), and ground cumin seeds and coriandre seeds .

3Add salt and pepper

4Add the red lentils .

5Add the canned tomatoes et half of the coconut milk .

6Add water to cover the lentils.

7Slow cook for at least 30 minutes , till the lentils are fully cooked.

8Add more water if necessary.

9Serve with fresh coriandre (for those who like it).
