🥘 Ingredients
- minced napa cabbage 1 ½ cup
- salt 1 tsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- rice wine 1 tbsp
- sesame oil 2 tbsp
- ground pork ¾ lb
- minced ginger 1 ½ tsp
- minced garlic 1 ½ tsp
- finely minced green onions 1 cup
- corn starch 1 tbsp
- dumpling skins 50
- water ¼ cup
🍳 Cookware
- large bowl
- pan

1Place minced napa cabbage in a large bowl with salt .

2Toss, let sit for 30 minutes .

3Squeeze water out of the cabbage.

4Combine soy sauce , rice wine , and sesame oil .

5Combine with ground pork , minced ginger , minced garlic , and finely minced green onions .

6Add corn starch to stiffen.

7Place a tablespoon of filling on each skin. Repeat for all dumpling skins .

8Heat oil in pan . On medium heat, add dumplings.

9Add some water for each pan of dumplings (depending on the size of the pan).

10Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes .
