🥘 Ingredients

  • minced napa cabbage 1 ½ cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • rice wine 1 tbsp
  • sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • ground pork ¾ lb
  • minced ginger 1 ½ tsp
  • minced garlic 1 ½ tsp
  • finely minced green onions 1 cup
  • corn starch 1 tbsp
  • dumpling skins 50
  • water ¼ cup

    Place minced napa cabbage in a large bowl with salt .

    Toss, let sit for 30 minutes .
  3. 3
    Squeeze water out of the cabbage.
  4. 4
    Combine soy sauce , rice wine , and sesame oil .
  5. 5
    Combine with ground pork , minced ginger , minced garlic , and finely minced green onions .

    Add corn starch to stiffen.

    Place a tablespoon of filling on each skin. Repeat for all dumpling skins .

    Heat oil in pan . On medium heat, add dumplings.
  9. 9
    Add some water for each pan of dumplings (depending on the size of the pan).

    Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes .
