  • chicken breast 1 lb

  • bell pepper 1
  • broccoli 2 cups
  • carrot 1
  • rice
  • green onions 2
  • sesame seeds 1 tsp

Sauce

    In a bowl , whisk together soy sauce , sesame oil , rice vinegar , honey , cornstarch , and garlic .

Stir Fry

    Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.

    Add chicken and stir fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes to 6 minutes . Remove and set aside.

    Add bell pepper , broccoli , and carrot to the pan. Stir fry for 3 minutes to 4 minutes until crisp-tender.

    Return chicken to the pan. Pour the &sauce over everything.
