🥘 Ingredients
- tofu 14 oz
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- salt ½ tsp
- black pepper ¼ tsp
- cornstarch 3 tbsp
- whole wheat breadcrumbs 1 cup
- paprika 1 tsp
- garlic powder 1 tsp
- onion powder 1 tsp
- salt ½ tsp
- vegan butter 2 tbsp
- hot sauce 3 tbsp

1Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat dry tofu and cut into 1-inch cubes. In a bowl , toss the tofu with olive oil and salt and black pepper until coated.

2In another bowl , whisk together cornstarch , whole wheat breadcrumbs , paprika , garlic powder , onion powder , and salt to make the coating. Dredge the tofu pieces in the coating until evenly coated.

3In a small bowl, whisk together vegan butter and hot sauce to make a buffalo glaze. Place the coated tofu on the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 18 minutes , flipping halfway through 9 minutes until crisp. After removing from the oven, toss the baked tofu in the buffalo glaze until evenly coated, then return to the baking sheet and bake for 3 minutes to set the glaze.

4Serve the crispy buffalo tofu bites warm with celery sticks and vegan ranch if desired.
