π₯ Ingredients
- cherry tomatoes 3 cups
- kosher salt pinch
- lemon juice 2 oz
- champagne vinegar 1 oz
- simple syrup 1 oz
- vermouth 10 oz
- gin 35 oz
- water 5 oz
- black pepper 6-8 cracks
- milk 12 oz
- olive oil 3 drops

- large bowl
- large container
- chilled glass

1Blend about cherry tomatoes with a good pinch of kosher salt until you yield 16 oz of tomato juice after straining. Add that tomato juice to a large bowl along with lemon juice , champagne vinegar , simple syrup , vermouth , gin , water , and black pepper .

2To large container , add milk .

3Slowly pour the tomatini into the milk in slow, circular motions.

4Let it sit at room temperature for 3 hours .

5Strain the cocktail through a damp coffee filter.

6To serve, pour it into a chilled glass over a cherry tomato. Garnish with olive oil .
