Matcha and raspberry chia pudding

🥘 Ingredients

  • chia seeds ¼ cup
  • collagen powder 2 tbsp
  • coconut milk 1 ¼ cup
  • matcha powder 2 tsp
  • greek style yogurt ½ cup

🍳 Cookware

  • large bowl
  • pan
  • jar

    Add chia seeds , collagen powder (optional), and coconut milk into a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Remove from the fridge and mix in the matcha liquid until well combined, the matcha liquid made by mixing matcha powder with 4 tbsp warm water.

    Add the raspberries to a pan on a medium heat and cook down for 8 minutes|10%minutes until you have a jammy kind of consistency. Remove from heat and let it cool down completely.

    Layer the chia pudding in a jar with the raspberry compote and top with greek style yogurt .

    Store in the fridge for 2 days|3%days .
