🥘 Ingredients
- veggie broth 2 cups
- tempeh 1 block
- gochujang paste ¼ cup
- neutral oil 2 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- mirin 1 tbsp
- agave nectar ½ tbsp
- ginger 1 tbsp, grated
- gochugaru ¼ tsp
- tempeh 1 block
- sesame oil 1 tsp
- maple syrup 2 tsp
- gochugaru ½ tsp
🍳 Cookware
- saucepan
- bowl
- oven
- baking sheet
- small bowl

1Boil veggie broth in a saucepan with just enough liquid to cover the tempeh. Slice tempeh and let it simmer in the broth for 15 minutes .

2Prepare your marinade by stirring together the following ingredients in a bowl : gochujang paste , neutral oil , soy sauce , mirin , agave nectar , ginger , gochugaru .

3Once most of the broth has evaporated from the pan, toss the tempeh in the marinade and let it soak up the flavor for 8 hours|12%hours .

4Preheat your oven to 400°F. On a baking sheet , bake the tempeh for 20 minutes , flipping halfway through.

5To make the glaze, whisk together sesame oil , maple syrup , gochugaru in a small bowl , then drizzle over the tempeh and serve hot.
