Christmas Eve Martini

🥘 Ingredients

• olives 3-4 olives
• olive brine ½ oz
• saltverk
• dry vermouth ¾ oz
• drinksbyevie
• fourpillarsgin olive leaf gin 3 oz
• getgraza

   In a mixing glass, add olives or olive brine , a pinch of Arctic thyme salt by saltverk , and freshly cracked black pepper. Add dry vermouth (try drinksbyevie ) and fourpillarsgin olive leaf gin . Muddle the olives gently to release their flavor, then add ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.

   Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a drizzle of getgraza olive oil and a final fresh crack of black pepper on top.
