Whipped Brie Butter

🥘 Ingredients

• unsalted butter 2 oz
• brie 6 oz
• heavy cream 2 Tbsp
• flaky sea salt
• honey

   In a mixing bowl , add the unsalted butter and the brie . Using a hand mixer , beat on medium speed for about 1 minute , or until the mixture is fully combined and smooth.

   Add the heavy cream and continue to whip until light and fluffy.

   Spread the whipped brie butter onto a serving plate . If desired, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and drizzle with honey . Serve immediately with warm bread or crackers.
