  • gochugaru Β½ tsp
  • sugar 2 tsp
  • shallots 2
  • garlic cloves 3
  • lemongrass 2 stalk
  • lime 2 tsp
  • chicken thighs 700 grams

    Mix fish sauce , oyster sauce , gochugaru , sugar , shallots , garlic cloves , lemongrass , zest of lime (lime leaves), and chicken thighs (boneless) in a food processor, marinate 24 hours . Using a grill pan, grill for several minutes until charred. Let rest for 20 minutes .
