- vinegar 2 tbsp
- salt 1 tbsp
- onions 2
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- walnuts 200 g
- water some
- garlic cloves 3
- cinnamon stick 2 cm
- cardamom pods 4
- nutmeg pinch
- saffron pinch
- salt
- pomegranate syrup 150 ml
- water 100 ml
- brown sugar 2 tbsp
- dried lime 1
- cilantro handful
- 
                            1Skin and cut chicken legs , mix with vinegar and salt Let sit for 30 minutes Slice onions and fry in olive oil until translucent Make a paste from walnuts and water Add chopped garlic cloves , cinnamon stick , cardamom pods , nutmeg , saffron and salt to the onions Cook for 5 minutes Add walnut paste, pomegranate syrup , and water Cook covered on low heat for 1 hour Add brown sugar , chicken, and dried lime Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes Serve with chopped cilantro
