- chickpeas 200 g
- baking powder pinch
- salt 1 tsp
- tahini
- lemons
- salt
- olive oil
- parsely
- paprika
- hummus sauce

                            1Soak dried chickpeas overnight with a baking powder Rinse chickpeas and boil in water with salt for 3 hours or until very tender Let cool the chickpeas and add to a blender and blend with very cold water. Blend with a 3 : 1 : 1 ratio of chickpeas, tahini , and juice of lemons until very smooth. Add salt to taste.

                            2Plate with olive oil , chopped parsely , and paprika . Add spoonful of hummus sauce
