  • chickpeas 200 g
  • baking powder pinch
  • salt 1 tsp
  • tahini
  • lemons
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • parsely
  • paprika
  • hummus sauce

    Soak dried chickpeas overnight with a baking powder Rinse chickpeas and boil in water with salt for 3 hours or until very tender Let cool the chickpeas and add to a blender and blend with very cold water. Blend with a 3 : 1 : 1 ratio of chickpeas, tahini , and juice of lemons until very smooth. Add salt to taste.

    Plate with olive oil , chopped parsely , and paprika . Add spoonful of hummus sauce
