  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • kosher salt 1 tbsp

    Cut jalapeno peppers , carrots into slices Slice onion into thin slices Roughly chop the garlic cloves Heat olive oil in pan and lightly saute the garlic and onions Add cumin seeds , mexican oregano , and black peppercorns Add jalapeno and carrots and saute for a couple minutes Add white vinegar , water , bay leaves , thyme , sugar , and kosher salt Simmer until jalapenos are army green Bottle in mason jar and let cool.
