  • mexican oregano 1 tbsp
  • black pepper 1 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • smoked paprika 1 tsp
  • cilantro ½ cup
  • hoja santo 1 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • flank steak 1 kilo

    Add minced garlic cloves , zest and juice of orange , juice and zest of lime , juice of lemon , soy sauce , olive oil , mexican oregano , black pepper , ground cumin seeds , smoked paprika , cilantro , hoja santo and salt Add flank steak and marinate overnight Optionally smoke for 45 minutes at 110°C. Then grill.
