- fresh sausage 400 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- mushrooms 400 g
- ricotta 400 g
- parmesan cheese 50 g

1Fry fresh sausage , in olive oil for a few minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and continue to fry Stir in ricotta Alternate sausage mixture with pasta sheets in a baking dish. Finish with sausage mixture on top. Add generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese on each layer. Bake at at 180CΒ° 40 minutes until golden brown.
