  • green onions Β½ cup
  • garlic cloves 4
  • olive oil 3 tbsp
  • spinach 4 cups
  • lemon 1 Β½ tbsp
  • eggs 2
  • feta 220 g
  • nutmeg 1 tsp
  • phyllo 14 sheets
  • butter 120 g

    Add chopped onions , chopped green onions , and minced garlic cloves to olive oil Saute until soft. Add spinach to mixture and saute until limp. Add juice from lemon Let cook and drain excess liquid. Mix eggs , feta , add nutmeg Add cheese mixture to spinach. Take 1 sheet of phyllo and brush the sheet with melted butter . Place another sheet on the buttered sheet, and butter again. Cut into quarters. Add heaping spoonful of mixture at one end and fold into triangles. Bake at 180Β°C for 20 minutes / 25 minutes until golden brown.
