- bulgur 1 cup

- yogurt 1 cup

- tahini 2 tbsp

- flat leaf parsely ¼ cup
- mint ¼ ccup
- vinegar 1 tsp
- hot pepper flakes 1 tsp

- pistachios 2 tbsp

1Roast sliced fennel with olive oil and salt and pepper . in over 180c for 25 mintues Add hot water to bulgur and salt and let sit for 20 minutes Add yogurt with olive oil and tahini and zest and juice of lemon and mix Add flat leaf parsely and mint and vinegar to bulgur, touch of hot pepper flakes , olive oil Plate with yogurt, bulgur, roasted fennel, roasted pistachios and olive oil
