- spinach 3 cups
- nitter kibbeh Β½ cups
- green hot pepper 1

                            1Add olive oil , sliced red onions , rosemary to pan and cook 10 minutes Add cubed lamb shoulder , crushed garlic cloves , salt , cook covered on low heat 30 minutes Add spinach , cook covered on low heat 5 minutes Add nitter kibbeh cook covered on low heat 5 minutes Garnish with sliced green hot pepper
