- Butter 2 tbsp
- flour 3 cups
- sugar 0.33 cup
- salt 1 tsp
- beer 350 ml

- oven at 190c
- 20x10 cm loaf pan

1Preheat oven at 190c . Butter a 20x10 cm loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour , sugar , salt and beer . Mix well. Pour into the loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes .
