🥘 Ingredients
- salmon 120 g
- salt
- black
- black sesame seeds ½ tbsp
- rice 160 g
- butter 1 tsp
- mushrooms 75 g
- carrots 75 g
- salt

- asparagus 100 g
- salt

1Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).

2Season salmon with salt and black pepper.

3Sprinkle salmon with black sesame seeds .

4Place salmon into air fryer basket.

5Air fry salmon at 380°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes , until cooked through.

6Steam rice until tender ( 15 minutes ).

7Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.

8Add sliced mushrooms and sliced carrots .

9Cook vegetables for 5 minutes , until tender.

10Season vegetables with salt and black pepper.

11Toss asparagus lightly with salt .

12Place asparagus into air fryer basket after removing salmon.

13Air fry asparagus at 380°F (190°C) for 6 minutes , shaking halfway through.
