🥘 Ingredients
- salmon filet 120 g
- salt
- black
- black sesame seeds ½ tbsp
- rice 160 g
- carrots 50 g
- asparagus 50 g
- butter 1 tsp

1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2Place salmon filet on baking sheet.

3Season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds .

4Bake for 12 minutes , or until cooked through.

5Steam rice until tender ( 15 minutes ).

6Cook sliced carrots and chopped asparagus in skillet with butter until tender.

7Assemble bowl with rice, salmon, and vegetables.
