🥘 Ingredients

  • salmon filet 120 g
  • salt
  • black
  • black sesame seeds ½ tbsp
  • rice 160 g
  • carrots 50 g
  • asparagus 50 g
  • butter 1 tsp

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Place salmon filet on baking sheet.
  3. 3
    Season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds .

    Bake for 12 minutes , or until cooked through.

    Steam rice until tender ( 15 minutes ).
  6. 6
    Cook sliced carrots and chopped asparagus in skillet with butter until tender.
  7. 7
    Assemble bowl with rice, salmon, and vegetables.
