Cloud Lily

🥘 Ingredients

• Empress 1908 Indigo Gin ¾ oz
• crème de violette ¾ oz
• triple sec ¾ oz
• orange juice ¾ oz
• egg white 1
• ice

   Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin , crème de violette , triple sec , freshly squeezed orange juice , and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.

   Dry shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to create a foam with the egg white.

   Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.

   Strain into a chilled coupe glass .
