  • beef roast 150 g
  • rice 160 g
  • asparagus 75 g
  • carrots 50 g
  • celery 50 g
  • butter 1 tsp
  • punkin seeds 1 tbsp
  • soy sauce 1 tbsp

    Reheat sliced leftover beef roast in skillet.

    Steam rice until tender ( 15 minutes ).

    Cook chopped asparagus , sliced carrots , and sliced celery in skillet with butter until tender ( 5 minutes ).

    Assemble bowl with rice as base, topped with beef and vegetables.

    Sprinkle bowl lightly with toasted punkin seeds .

    Drizzle lightly with soy sauce .
