- beef roast 150 g
- rice 160 g
- asparagus 75 g
- carrots 50 g
- celery 50 g
- butter 1 tsp
- punkin seeds 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp

1Reheat sliced leftover beef roast in skillet.

2Steam rice until tender ( 15 minutes ).

3Cook chopped asparagus , sliced carrots , and sliced celery in skillet with butter until tender ( 5 minutes ).

4Assemble bowl with rice as base, topped with beef and vegetables.

5Sprinkle bowl lightly with toasted punkin seeds .

6Drizzle lightly with soy sauce .
