Bijou Cocktail

🥘 Ingredients

• gin 30 ml
• Green Chartreuse 30 ml
• Sweet Vermouth 30 ml
• ice
• maraschino cherry 1

   Add gin , Green Chartreuse and Sweet Vermouth to a cooled mixing glass with ice .

   Stir for around 1 minute .

   Strain cocktail into cocktail glass .
4. 4

   Garnish with an olive or real maraschino cherry and serve.
