The Ideal Cocktail

🥘 Ingredients

• London dry gin 60 ml
• sweet vermouth 30 ml
• grapefruit juice 7 ½ ml
• ice
• twist of grapefruit 1

   Add London dry gin , sweet vermouth and grapefruit juice to a cooled mixing glass with ice .

   Stir for 30 seconds .

   Strain into a chilled cocktail glass .
4. 4

   Garnish with a twist of grapefruit .
