  • fresh lemon juice 15 ml
  • simple syrup 15 ml
  • ice
  • champagne 90 ml
  • lemon twist 1

🍳 Cookware

  • cocktail shaker
  • champagne flute

    Add gin , fresh lemon juice , simple syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice .

    Shake for 10 seconds .

    Strain into a champagne flute .

    Top with champagne .

    Garnish with a lemon twist , serve.
