- yogurt 235 ml
- garlic 1 clove
- olive oil 2 tbsp
- honey 2 tsp
- lemon juice Β½
- cucumber 450 g
- chickpeas 2 cans
- dill big handful
- mint big handful
- scallions 2
- &lemon juice Β½

1To a large bowl, add the yogurt , garlic , olive oil , honey and lemon juice and whisk to combine. Season well with salt and pepper.

2To the yogurt, add the cucumber , chickpeas , dill , mint and scallions and remaining &lemon juice . Toss to coat and drizzle with olive oil.
