  • oil 60 ml
  • water 240 ml
  • flour 8 gram
  • cornstarch 8 gram
  • salt

    Mix oil , water , flour , cornstarch and salt .

    Pan fry dumplings as usual and when they are almost golden brown add enough of the @&( timer to create a thin layer. Cover and let steam for 4-5 minutes at medium heat. Uncover, medium high heat for a couple of minutes until it becomes crispy.
