- oil 60 ml
- water 240 ml
- flour 8 gram
- cornstarch 8 gram
- salt
- dumplings

2Mix oil , water , flour , cornstarch and salt .

3Pan fry dumplings as usual and when they are almost golden brown add enough of the @&( timer to create a thin layer. Cover and let steam for 4-5 minutes at medium heat. Uncover, medium high heat for a couple of minutes until it becomes crispy.
