- greek yogurt
- white onion Β½
- garlic
- broccoli
- ground beef 250 g
- spinach
- goat cheese

1Preheat oven to 175Β°c.

2In a bowl, whisk together eggs , greek yogurt , salt, and pepper.

3Chop white onion , garlic , Chop broccoli into small pieces

4Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.

5Add ground beef and cook until heated through.

6Add broccoli the pan. Cook until broccoli is tender.

7Add spinach a handful at a time until it begins to wilt.

8Pour egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, until bottom is set.

9Sprinkle bits of goat cheese over the top of the frittata mixture.

10Let cook on the stovetop 10 to 13 minutes, until all but the center of the frittata is set.

11Broil for 3 to 4 minutes until the top is golden.
